The Eco-cabin operates on a wind-turbine and roof solar panels and therefore there will always be ample amount of power from its ecological generated systems.

This Eco-cabin has its own rainwater and dew collection system that allows the toilet, shower and kitchenette to be serviceable at all times. The rounded shaped of this cabin helps to utilize the water collection systems effectively and is the right response to the wind conditions that flow above and below this capsule.

This cabin is small in size and can be easily transported as a prefabricated unit and has all the necessary equipment inside that sleeps up to ten visitors here.

Inside several folding bunk beds are provided for here and there is even a work and dinning station fitted inside. The Eco-cabin has plenty of storage space both inside and outside. Under the bunk beds there are several cupboards for the clothes and equipment storage.

 

CONSTRUCTION

The construction of this Eco-cabin is fitted mainly with a wooden ‘ring’ framework system. These ‘rings’ are placed within the structure every 600mm. This form of construction ensures that the Eco-cabin is light and economically viable.

The interior is cladded with warm wooden laminate boards while the exterior has white pvc stripes. The basic assembly of the capsule uses composite sandwich shell-structure that provides high levels of mechanical resistance and thermal insulation.

ENERGY and WATER

This Eco-cabin has various cisterns built under the floor that allow this unit to be self-sustaining regarding power and water supply.

Rain and solar power are collected through the roof and are easily stored inside. The solar panels will afford enough hot water and the waste from the shower and toilet is then amassed into the septic tanks below to be recycled for use later.

FLEXIBLE LAYOUT

One of the advantages of this module system is that it can be easily enlarged for later use. The design of the Eco-cabin helps to ensure fast expansion whenever this is required and can be easily assembled. The range of possible configurations are large suited to any further use, depending on the amount of space required at the various locations.

This Eco-cabin offers the weary travelers the chance to rest and enjoy the breath-taking views of the surrounding scenery and the visitors are then rewarded with an incredible sight.
