THE TINY HOUSE_ the new lifestyle

The tiny house uses carbon-zero technology, making this home 100% sustainable, with several energy efficient devices that integrate this prefabricated construction to the local environment. The main concept is to provide an independent module that enhances the local chosen site rather than to exploit it.

Nature of materials

In accordance with the design concept, the essential prerequisites are that the structural framework shall have features that contribute to the immediate area, and welcome the new home owners, offering them comfort and rest. The tiny house 's objective is to make this project as green as possible and to utilize the natural building material effectively. The proposal aims to allow the constant visual connection to the outside space while simultaneously create a sense of comfort and joy at this home.

Construction

Assembled from local wood, laminated frames with milled ports will support the exterior timber cladding. (milled ports will help to decrease the weight and cold bridges and gaps).Polyurethane foam such as ENERTITE (which is more eco-efficient than the traditional insulation alternatives) is used here, its rigidity can help to decrease the weight of the inner finishing claddings. The exterior finishing is composed of timber cladding.

The internal space has all the necessary compact devices while simultaneously allowing the greatest comfort. There is a bathroom with the shower, double bed, dining table and some free space for the wood stove. The glazing elements will help one to have a sense of the large space with compartments used for storage. Some of furniture can be adapted or folded.

The plan is to be able to locate the house in different conditions with solar power for electricity, water from the local sources and bio toilet. The construction can be easily adapted for other conditions.

In essence, this tiny house shall serve as an inspiration for future owners who desire to live in the beautiful sites of their choosing.

This prefabricated sustainable module, using local, natural materials is a genuine attempt to reconnect nature and to support the green initiative. The time required to construct this module will be short and to transport this house by trailer/ pick-up to the site will be straightforward.

In the final analysis, this module offers the new inhabitants the opportunity to enjoy the idyllic lifestyle, away from the stresses of the urban lifestyle and which is compatible with the natural surrounding area.
